You have bought something in the BRIDLERY online store, but you did not like a product or it did not quite fit?
No problem! Simply fill out our exchange form and we will exchange your products. The rest is up to you, see below for more details.

After we have received your complete entry, we will send you the new products. In an e-mail we will send you the free return slip (within Germany), with which you can send the items to be exchanged back to us. Simply print it out or show the QR code at a post office.
How does the exchange work?
You fill out the exchange form above, indicate your order number, what you want to exchange, your email address and so on. The more you fill in the form, the faster and easier the exchange will be for you and of course for us.
Important: Please make sure that the items you want are available.
2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create your free return label (within Germany).
3. you wait until you have received the new goods, so that we can make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
3. you bring the packed and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL store and get a receipt for your return. If you don't have a printer, you can have the label with the QR code printed at a post office.
How long do I have to return something?
We ask you to send us the items to be exchanged as soon as possible after you know that the new items fit and you like them.
My item is broken.
If you have found a defect in our snaffles, browbands or reins you can easily request a replacement using our replacement form.
