You have bought something in the BRIDLERY online store and want to return your bridle or other products? 

No problem! Simply fill out our return form and return your purchase. The rest will take care of itself, see below for more details.

After we have received your complete entry, we will send you a return label for a free return shipment within Germany to your e-mail inbox.

Simply print it out or show the QR code at a post office, send it off and within 14 days the amount to be refunded will be back in your account.

 

How does the return work?

1. You fill out the return form above, indicate what your order number is, what you are returning, what your email address is and so on. The more you fill in the form, the faster and easier the return will be for you and of course for us.

2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create your free return label (within Germany).

3. you bring the packed and labelled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and get a receipt for your return. If you don't have a printer, you can also print the label with the QR code at a post office.

4. we will receive the notification of your return and arrange the refund as soon as possible.

 

How long do I have to return something?

You have 30 days to return your order to us. We simply want to give every customer the opportunity to try on our snaffles, browbands or reins at their leisure before buying a pig in a poke. It is of course no problem to buy two different sizes of a product if you are not quite sure and then send the too big or too small version back to us. But if you still want to be sure before buying, just have a look at our size finder for our products.

 

My item is broken

If you have found a defect in our bridles, browbands or reins you can easily request a replacement using our exchange form. 

 

When and how do I get my money back?

The refund is usually made with the originally used payment method. We usually manage to issue the refund within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method, the amount will then be refunded immediately, or after a short time. However, please allow us a total of 14 days if it does take longer.
